Course Description:
AANS is proud to continue in the tradition of educational excellence by offering Master Series courses to educate surgeons on emerging spine technologies. Taught by renown faculty, this one-day intensive workshop provides formal didactic and hands-on training in minimally invasive lateral interbody fusion techniques, as well as minimally invasive lumbar pedicle screw fixation using fluoroscopic C-arm guidance and computerized navigational implant verification.
Each station includes no more than two surgeons per cadaver along with one instructor. Course registration is limited to 24 participants, so please act now!
Designed for the practicing surgeon who wishes to be introduced to, or become more adept at MIS direct lumbar lateral fusion techniques, as well as MIS lumbar pedicle screw fixation, this course allows the busy, practicing physician to arrive late Friday afternoon for a working dinner, spend a full intense Saturday at a state-of-the-art cadaveric laboratory focusing on two emerging technologies and be back home late Saturday evening.
